We ship our products with great care and attention to ensure your products are both protected and remain discreet to prevent damage or anyone nosy finding out about your order with us.​

While your order has been shipped we can't hold any responsibility over a change in address, damaged or stolen parcel as we have no control once it's in the hands of the Austrian postal service.

Large orders will have received a tracking number in the dispatch email.

Returns
While we would find it a shame if you decide you need to return your order, we will provide a refund to the price of the product once it has been returned to us undamaged. If you feel the need to return your product, please email us first at sales@uwu-store.com.
